L'ULIVO E TARTUFO DEI COLLI BERICI - Nanto

The traditional Festival brings together olive oil and the typical truffle of Colli Berici: the “scorzone”. This truffle is less valuable than the winter truffle, but it is appreciated for its reasonable prices, its versatility in cuisine and because it is easy to preserve. During the week-end food stalls offer dishes based on olive oil and truffles, while many events are organized by the young people of Pro Loco together with the restaurateurs (show-cooking, live music, guided tasting...) to create a unique atmosphere.
