Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva Veneto Euganei e Berici DOP

The olives, gathered between October and November and immediatley pressed, are converted into Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP, acknowledged on a national scale as one of the best olive oils of Italy. This precious olive oil is a quality niche product appreciated in Italy as well as abroad. Colli Berici olive oil is produced especially in the areas of Nanto, Barbarano, Villaga Mossano, Castegnero and Sossano. It has a low degree of acidity, a delicate round flavour and a slightly spicy aftertaste. It is suitable to be consumed raw, it exalts vegetables and vegetable soups.
