Lusia salad I.G.P. has a fresh taste and it is cultivated in some municipalities of the provinces of Rovigo and Padova. It is important that the phases of harvesting, washing and packaging are close together not to compromise its turgid and crispy leaves. This salad contains vitamins A and C, calcium, iron and folic acid, it has a lot of fiber and it is known thanks to its refreshing and depurative qualities. It is often matched with meat and fish in a second course, but it can be the main course when salad is paired with beans, grains or cheese.
